Important policies
Package & Credit Sharing Policy
Our facial packages and credits are designed primarily for your personal use. We’re happy to extend sharing privileges to your immediate family members — such as your spouse, children, siblings, or parents — once they are registered as authorized users.
To complete this process, please contact us via WhatsApp or visit us in person at Aesthetic Studio Wellness, and we will provide you with the acknowledgment document for signing.
Credit Usage
Please note that credits cannot be resold, exchanged for cash, or transferred to anyone outside your immediate family, except as described above. Additionally, each authorized user must complete a separate consent and intake form prior to receiving treatment. We kindly ask that you inform us promptly of any changes to authorized users to ensure smooth processing.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disputes, resolution will be sought through binding arbitration in Singapore, following the Arbitration Act 2001. Please be aware that our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the package or credits within the three months preceding any claim.
Gifting Credits Upon Relocation
If you relocate outside Singapore, you’re welcome to gift any remaining facial credits to a nominated person. Simply notify us via WhatsApp with their details, and we’ll assist the recipient in registering as an authorized user by providing the acknowledgment document at our med spa.
No proof of relocation is required. Once the credits are transferred, all rights to those credits belong to the recipient.
Liability Waiver
By using our facial packages or credits, you and any authorized users acknowledge and accept all risks associated with the treatments. Aesthetic Studio Wellness, along with its staff and affiliates, cannot be held liable for injuries, adverse outcomes, or damages except in cases of gross negligence as defined under Singapore law. Furthermore, the purchaser assumes full responsibility for any claims or disputes arising from credit usage by authorized users.
Acknowledgment
By owning a facial package or credits and completing the acknowledgment document provided at our med-spa, you and all authorized users confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. We appreciate your trust and look forward to supporting you throughout your skincare journey.
